Regular Checking

The basic checking account with no monthly service charges, dividends paid monthly on balances above $500, and your first box of checks are FREE! VISA Debit Card or ATM cards are also available.

Secured Checking

A life-line checking account for members who have been denied checking account services at other institutions or who are rebuilding their credit. By pledging $200 in your savings account at the credit union, this account allows owners to write checks and rebuild their checking and credit record. Monthly service charge of $15 per month, dividends paid monthly on balances above $500.00. ATM card access permitted.

                                                                             Teen Checking

Banner Federal’s Teen Checking Account is specifically designed for our members ages 13-17 (with parent or guardian signer). With Banner Federal’s Teen Checking there is no account service fee, no membership fee, and the first box of checks are on Us! You will also get online banking access and your very own VISA Debit Card or ATM with lower spending limits especially intended for our younger members.

Use the VISA Debit Card at any merchant displaying the VISA logo. Instead of writing a check, swipe the VISA Debit Card. The merchants get instant verification of the transaction as the transaction is debited from your Banner Federal checking account. You get a printed record of the transaction for record keeping and faster checkouts while shopping. Stop fumbling for your check book. Just swipe your VISA Debit Card and sign for your transaction or enter you Personal Identification Number (PIN). Nothing is faster.

U Choose Debit Card Rewards

UChoose Rewards is a program where you earn points every time you use your Banner Federal Debit Card and sign for your purchases. You can also earn additional points for shopping at participating retailers with your card. Redeem your points for anything of your choice from a vast online rewards catalog. To participate in the UChoose Rewards program you will need to activate your card in the program. And there’s no cost. Membership in UChoose Rewards is absolutely free for Banner Federal Credit Union cardholders, so start shopping and earning today. How do I earn points? You earn points every time you use your card for your purchases and additional points for shopping at participating retailers, whether it’s in-store at national or local retailers or online through www.uchooserewards.com. When shopping in-store, select credit and sign for your purchases.

Get cash when you need it at thousands of ATM machines. The Banner Federal Credit Union ATM Card works in Cirrus, Plus, Star, Explore and SCS ATM machines. Your Banner Federal Debit or ATM card is surcharge-free at over 150,000 ATM's across the nation that displays the Allpoint and or Accel/Exchange Logos. Your Banner Federal Credit Union ATM Card can be used at any ATM machine up to four times per month without a service charge from the credit union. The fifth and additional transactions are charged a $2.25 service charge. Banner Federal Credit Union owned ATM's will never charge Banner Federal card holders.
